See if you QUALIFY

In order to participate in a clinical trial, you must first qualify. All studies have specific inclusion and exclusion criteria which vary from study to study.

To participate in a study:
 

  • Call 1-855-SEE-OMEGA (1-855-733-6634) to speak with a Recruitment Specialist who will ask you a series of questions to determine your suitability for the study.
     

  • You may also complete the on-line form and a Recruitment Specialist will contact you.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR INITIAL VISIT

Step 1:

  • You will be contacted by one of our Recruitment Specialists and pre-screened over the phone.

  • Some questions that will be asked pertain to your medical history and the current medications you are taking.

     

Step 2:

  • If you meet the key eligibility criteria for one of our clinical trials and you agree to learn more, an appointment will be made for an informational session with one of our Study Coordinators.

  • You will be introduced to clinical research, what we have to offer, review the clinical trial consent form, and have the opportunity to ask any questions.

  • A copy of the clinical trial consent form will be given to you to take home for your review,

  • A tentative screening appointment will be made if you so choose to participate.

     

Step 3:

  • You will attend the scheduled screening appointment.

  • Further questions you may have will be answered.

  • If you agree, you will first sign the clinical trial consent form and a copy will be provided to you for your records.

  • Each study may require different assessments at the screening visit, but be prepared to have your vital signs taken, blood drawn, a physical exam, and other clinical trial procedures.
     

Step 4:

  • Study participants must meet all eligibility requirements for the clinical trial.

  • A final decision about your eligibility to participate will be made.

  • You will be contacted by the clinical trial Study Coordinator regarding your eligibility and what the next steps will be.
